I stayed in this hotel for 13 days and it was great. The guys in reception Sadek and his friend (sorry I forgot the name) were really nice and welcoming. They gave me a lighter when I needed one and insisted I keep it, they gave me coffee every morning, they even gave me their own water bottle when I couldn't find any shops to buy one (because it was very late). The owner of the hotel was also very nice, he made us turkish coffee when there was no coffee in the machine. Also there was cleaning every day. The place is great. The only issue is that there is no elevator which might be hard if you are not in good shape and the room is on one of the top floors.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and wanted to share my positive experience. First and foremost, the customer service was outstanding. Both Sadik and his colleague were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made a great difference. The room was consistently well-maintained, cleaned daily, and stocked with fresh towels and paper slippers, which added a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it simple to explore the surrounding area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable stay!

Our first time coming here, and we're definitely coming back. Here's more info: If you're using public transport, this (Yenikapi area) is the best place in Istanbul, hands down. You have access to any and all public transport options (metro, train, tram, bus, marmaray, all start or go through here) and can get to the center in less than 20 minutes no matter where you're going. The area around the hotel is amazing, super close to some pretty fancy places but also incredible atmosphere if you want to explore the markets of Istanbul. For anyone coming to Istanbul to explore as much as possible within a short period of time, this is the place to be. It's a 15 minute walk to Vefa and a whole new area of the city that has parks, walkways and incredible places to eat and enjoy your time here. Besides, for anyone looking to find their way through Istanbul - download Moovit!!! Amazing app that saved our trip. On top of all that, the local prices of food are more accommodating and will not burn through your pocket just to get a bite. Back to the hotel - the staff is absolutely incredible and they will accommodate any of the needs you have. We had an issue with our room and it was resolved within 15 minutes, no questions asked, no fuss. It's a small place run by a small staff size, but the way they act is absolutely incredible.

We came to Istanbul for J Lo concert and were looking specifically for a place close to Yenikapi Park. Friendly staff, they reserved and kept a place for the car even though we arrived late. It is possible to park right next to the building. The room was clean, the hotel was quiet, there was a terrace open on the top floor where you could have breakfast.

Really the location.Amazing very close to tram metro shopping.The stuff there was very good , very friendly what you ask, they will help you, they give you. Room. clean and I like the fridge. It was cold and. have ice. Keep food and. 😋 cold
